Norynt is a free website that measures your internet connection and explains the result. There is no account, no subscription and nothing to buy. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Results describe your connection at the moment you tested, through your device and your browser. Wi-Fi signal, other devices, your hardware and congestion along the path all affect them.

A result is not proof of what your provider delivers, and it is not a substitute for a provider's own line test. Use it as evidence, not as a verdict. Suggested causes are hypotheses, not diagnoses.

Use Norynt for your own connection. Do not attempt to overload it, automate large numbers of tests, scrape it at volume, or interfere with the measurement infrastructure — it is shared, open capacity that other people rely on.

Automated or excessive requests may be rate-limited or blocked.

Articles and recommendations are general information, written carefully but without knowing your equipment, contract or home. Decisions you make — changing a plan, buying hardware, altering router settings — are yours. Check anything important with your provider or a qualified installer first.

The text, design and code of Norynt belong to us. You may read, print and share links freely, and quote short passages with credit and a link. Republishing whole articles, or reusing our material commercially, needs our permission.

Speed measurement runs on Measurement Lab's open infrastructure, which has its own terms and privacy policy and is outside our control. Links to other sites are not endorsements and we are not responsible for their content.

Norynt is provided as-is and without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on a result. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
