Corrections policy
We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we fix the page and say so. This is how that works.

How to report an error
Email hello@getnorynt.com with "Correction" in the subject line. Include the page address and the sentence you believe is wrong, plus a source if you have one.
You do not need an account and we do not need your name. A short note is enough.
How we handle it
We acknowledge correction reports within five working days. We then check the claim against the measurement, the standard or the research it came from.
If it is wrong, we fix it. A factual error that changes the advice on a page is corrected as a priority, usually within a few days of confirming it.
If it turns out the page is right, we reply and explain why — and if the confusion came from unclear wording, we rewrite the wording anyway.
What we change, and how we label it
Typos, broken links and formatting are fixed silently. Anything that changes the meaning — a number, a threshold, a recommendation — updates the page's "Updated" date so you can see the page has moved.
Where a correction changes advice people may have already acted on, we add a short note on the page describing what changed and when.
Version history
Every article carries its publication date and its last updated date. Together with the correction notes above, that is the version history for a page.
We keep a record of substantive changes internally. If you need to know what a specific page said on a specific date, ask and we will tell you.
Corrections to measurements
If we find a bug in how a measurement is taken or graded, we fix the engine and update any article that quoted the affected thresholds. We cannot revise a test you already ran, because we never stored it — run the test again to get a corrected result.
