Norynt is operated by Deep Sea River AB, Stockholm, Sweden.
What to include
For a problem with a measurement: the page you were on, roughly when you ran the test, your browser, and whether you were on Wi-Fi or a cable. We do not store your results, so we can only work from what you tell us.
For an error in an article: the page address and the sentence you think is wrong. Corrections are handled under our corrections policy.
When you'll hear back
We aim to reply to every email within five working days. Reports of a factual error are looked at first.
Privacy requests — for example asking what data relates to you — are answered within 30 days, as required by the GDPR. Please write "Privacy request" in the subject line.
What we can't help with
We are not your internet provider and have no access to your account, your router or your line. We cannot fix an outage, change a plan or raise a support ticket on your behalf.
